Are you happy in your relationship? Are you finding it difficult to leave someone for good and move on with your life? Well if so then you need decide on how important your happiness is to you.
A lot of people forget that regardless of how much you care about a person, you more importantly need to be happy first.
1.
Make A Decision.
It's crucial for you to make a decision on what you really want.
If you're sick and tired of your relationship and you feel deep down inside you that you can't be with this person anymore!! Then you need to make a decision on what you want to do.
2.
Preparation.
Once you've made your decision, need to decide how you're going leave the person.
Remember leaving someone for good isn't as easy as just walking out you need to plan your moves for example where are you going to stay?? do you and him share an account these type of issues need to be considered.
3.
Restrict communication.
As with most break ups there is going to be a period time where you feel you've made a mistake, and your going to have feeling leaning towards talking and potentially making up with your partner.
At this point you need to remember why you left the person in the first place, how the person treated you.
Staying with friends is a good idea.
4.
Holding Grudges.
It's important to not hold grudged because the pose no benefits however theirs no telling what your partner may do.
He may let everything go and move on with his life or he may spread rumours about you to your colleges and close friends.
You have no control over any of that the best advice would be to move on and continue with your life and forget about irrelevant people.
5.
Moving on.
Moving on with your life is a process and it doesn't happen overnight it takes time it especially coming out of a long term relationship.
So it's important that you get out and about and enjoy yourself, do things you enjoy doing meet new people and take up new hobbies at the point it's important to remember you need time to find yourself again.
