I am once like you, having this embarrassing problem, and searching frantically for a solution.
I'm no longer like that anymore, ever since I've discovered a powerful technique which works for me.
I'm going to share this technique with you, which pretty much put this problem under control.
The Climax Factor I called this technique the climax factor.
Use a scale by percentage, 0% to 100%, with 0% being not active, and 100% equals to reaching climax and ejaculating.
In your head, keep giving your current "climax" or "level of arousing" a rating.
For example, during foreplay will probably set you at 10-20%.
Start of intercourse will probably set you at 30-40%.
During the intercourse, the scale will keep going up, until 100%.
People with premature ejaculation will straight away shoot up to 100% within minutes, which you do not want.
The Technique During intercourse, when you feel that you had reached 70-80%, slow down, and stop if necessary.
You can also use it as an excuse to change positions.
You can withdraw if you feel that you are losing control fast.
Allow your climax level to drop back down to 40-50% before starting again.
Take this time to relax your mind and body.
But remember to continue caressing your partner while doing this.
You can even drive your partner crazy by using this technique! Practice Makes Perfect With more practice, you will find that you can control your climax better, and the climax level will build up more slowly, at a controlled pace.
When you are good at it, you can even let it go up till 90% or 95% before you dive into control mode! In conclusion, you can use the climax factor to train you body and mind to prevent and overcoming premature ejaculation.
After some practice, I'm sure you can do it better and better, and you will be even doing it subconsciously! This technique works well only if you keep practising it.
While this technique might not work for some people, I'm just sharing what works for me.
There are however, some techniques which works a lot faster, and instantly feel the difference.
