Build Muscle Without Weights - Is This Actually Possible to Have Big Gains?

Have you ever looked at one of those muscle magazines? They are full of pictures of guys and girl lifting weights and making all sort of progress.
You will very rarely see how to build muscle without weights.
So I have decided to show you some information that can have you making really big gains all without having to hit the gridiron.
First and foremost you must understand that in any muscle building endeavor you must be consistent.
If you want to go at it half hearted you will not receive very good results, but if you listen you can have extraordinary things happen to you.
There are some basic ways to build muscle without weights.
These are simple exercises with a big impact.
I will go over them along with the alternates to them so that every two weeks you can change them up.
The reason you will change them is so that your body does not get stagnant.
Also if you need to see how to do any of these exercises you can just search them online and get a visual.
Here are the exercises: 1.
Push ups - standard width and wide width.
Do two sets of each until failure 2.
Pull ups - standard width and wide width.
Same as the pushups 3.
Chair dips - 2 sets to failure Now here are the replacements so you can switch it up: 1.
Push ups - dive bomber and close grip 2.
Pull ups - reverse grip and close grip I know this seems simple, but trust me they work.
You will start to be able to do a large amount of these exercises after a period of time.
Keep it up and always push yourself to hit more.
Also keep a journal so that you know exactly how many you did on your last workout.
If you follow these exercises you can build muscle without weights pretty easily.
