It is amazing that religion tells us to ditch the ego and give our lives to god.
But apparently we are also said to be made in the image of god.
Unfortunately this causes a conflict in thought.
You see we have been told that Jesus was a Jew and was the son of dog (sorry I am dyslexic and sometimes I get that mixed up).
In any case if god decides to come down to Earth and play around on the surface of this life experience game he created, then he would have to be an atheist.
Why you ask? Because he would not be able to believe in a higher power, for he is the higher power.
Wow, what an ego-trip that would be and in any case if god did not believe in a higher power only himself then he would be labeled a Meglomaniac, Ego-Maniac, Self-Absorbed lunatic Atheist.
Well, this might upset him a bit, don't you think? If god supposedly made us in his image than why would we wish people to be of low-self esteem, weak personal character or one with the beehive? So if God came to earth right now he could not believe in a higher power or a god because he is God and therefore he would be considered an atheist.
Perhaps most Christians need to consider this when they harass atheists that may be one of them is God.
Because the atheist is doing exactly what God would do if he were here today!So no wonder the atheists judge their Christian counterparts with little more harshness than might normally be expected.
Think on that.
