Bowflex Extreme 2 Assembly Pulley Instructions
- 1). Stand behind the Bowflex and pass the loose end of one of the pulley cables through the bottom, front-most pulley on the left. The cable should enter from the left side of the pulley and come out on the right.
- 2). Bring the cable up and to the right of the pull on the center of the vertical bar. Pass the cable through the pulley so it comes out on the left side of the housing.
- 3). Pass the cable down and to the left to pass under the upper pulley of the double pulley on the left. Bring the cable directly upward to the pulley above it.
- 4). Put the cable end through the pulley behind and to the left of the front, upper pulley. Slip the ball onto the end of the cable and push the stop as close to the eye as possible. Push the ball up until the core is firmly inside.
- 5). Run another pulley cable through the same pattern on mirroring pulleys. Start at the lower right pulley and mirror the first cable's path.
- 6). Feed the loose end of another pulley cable through the back, left pulley on the lowest part of the Bowflex. The cable should enter from the back of the pulley and come out toward you.
- 7). Bring the cable through the pulley along the bottom of the machine to the left of the center post. Pull the cable directly upward to the lower pulley of the left-hand double pulley.
- 8). Pass the cable around the pulley and down to the second pulley on the bottom-left side of the machine. Bring the cable back up and through the pulley hanging from the arm at the middle of the machine on the left.
- 9). Make a ball and core stop on the end of the cable. Follow the same process on the opposite side of the machine to make a mirror path of this cable.
