How to Merge PDFs in Acrobat
- 1). Click "Create PDF" button on the toolbar of the Adobe Acrobat window and then click "From Multiple Files" option. If the "Create PDF" button is not available, click the "View" menu, point to "Task Buttons" and click "Show All Task Buttons."
- 2). Click the "Browse" button on the Create PDF From Multiple Documents dialog box that opens. Choose the PDF document that you want to merge. Repeat this step to add the other PDF documents that you want to use in the merger.
- 3). Click the "OK" button.
