The Hawaiian Secret Meditation of Ho"Oponopono - Find Personal Healing
The ancient healer-priests, called Kahunas, of Hawaii discovered this centuries ago.
To make things right again, the Kahunas practiced Ho'oponopono, the ritual of healing.
Today, you can perform this healing on yourself to feel free again.
Ho'oponopono is all about advancing in relationships, getting over heartbreak, and letting go of guilt.
Whatever you are holding onto-perhaps the death of a loved one, a breakup, or something you feel guilty about-Ho'oponopono can help you get past it once the grieving period has passed.
Grief is natural, but it should not develop into depression or thoughts of vengeance.
The meaning of Ho'oponopono is literally "to make things right.
" It involves forgiveness, repentance, well-wishing, and finally letting things go.
There are three kinds of errors that can be healed by Ho'oponopono.
First is Hala, which means to leave the right path or avoid the truth.
The second is Hewa, or greed.
The third is 'Ino, or acting out in hate to intentionally hurt another person.
If you are guilty of any of these errors, you may be judging yourself too harshly, pushing your "sin" deeper and deeper until you can deny it on the surface, but it eats you up inside.
You can participate in Ho'oponopono meditation and overcome your errors.
Here are the steps you must follow: 1.
Become relaxed and meditative.
Take at least five minutes to become totally relaxed.
2.
You need to channel love and healing energy through your body.
Starting at the crown of your head, imagine gold-colored love filling every part of you.
Revel in this for a few moments.
3.
Imagine a place in front of you where you can bring the person you want to make things right with and bring them into your mind's eye at this time.
4.
Ask the person if they will accept forgiveness and healing from you.
Then, allow the love that is coursing through you to radiating from your heart and into the person in front of you.
5.
Have a discussion with them.
Ask for forgiveness or tell them you forgive them.
6.
Cut the cord of love that binds you together and see your energy return to you, and their energy to them.
Repeat these steps with every person you are harboring negative feelings with.
When you are done with Ho'oponopono meditation, assess your feelings and make sure there are no remaining negative feelings.
