USAGE -

€ Remove the seal of the upper strip, apply the gooey side over your teeth, and fold the remaining portion properly inside your mouth. It will ensure the fixation.
€ Leave it at least for 30 minutes for the best result.
€ Wipe out your mouth if needed.
€ Repeat the same process for the lower pair too after giving a gap of 1 - 2 minutes.
This process can be repeated once in two months. However the frequency of the repetition may increase depending on the stains. Some even apply the process two times, just one after the other.
PRO - EFFECTS OF THE TREATMENT -
After you apply the whitening strip, you must keep it in mind that smoking or drinking or even eating something is a STRICT €NO€ while wearing them. However according to some sleeping is also included in the restriction list, but the fact is in ambiguity.
