Tours of the Warner Brother Studios
- The Warner Brothers production facility encompasses 110 acres with 29 sound stages. One stage contains a two-million gallon in-ground water tank, and another boasts one of the tallest movie sets in the world. Sets include a 20-acre back lot that can be customized to resemble any location, terrain or neighborhood. Films represented on these sets include Camelot, My Fair Lady, The Music Man, The Perfect Storm and Ghostbusters.
- Guests have three tour options. Groups of 12 can journey through the studio, back lot, streets and sound stages on electric carts for the VIP Tour. These tours run Monday through Friday from 8:20 a.m. until 4 p.m. The tour lasts two hours, 25 minutes. Reservations are accepted for the first three tours of the day.
The five-hour Deluxe Tour allows visitors an intimate view of movie-making. Patrons visit the studio craft shops and are able to meet and question studio artisans and crew personnel. This tour includes lunch in the commissary fine dining room. This tour runs Monday through Friday at 10:20 a.m.
Warner Brothers offers group and walking tours which can be customized to accommodate special needs or requests. These tours are available in Spanish, Chinese and Japanese. Call 818-972-8687 for scheduling. - In addition to the sound stages, Warner Brothers stores a large collection of period and contemporary costumes. These wardrobe pieces were used in feature films, movies and television commercials, and special events.
