Trade shows give companies the chance to show case their products and services. This is also an event where competitors converge. For a company to stand out it has to draw the most number of visitors. The crowd in a trade fair booth would mean that the company along with its services and products displayed is given maximum exposure. Additionally, trade shows are great opportunities to establish contacts that could be potential clients.

The large crowd in a trade fair booth would give the company an opportunity to successfully launch a product and to be able to do so; the company should make use of promotional products as "bait". Most trade show visitors are not really there to see the products but rather to avail themselves of the freebies given out by the participating companies.

Because of this, a logo bag is a wise choice to hold all the relevant goodies. Attendees will naturally be given fliers, brochures, and various promotional products given by other companies. All these giveaways will be kept in a carrier bag. Wouldn't it be great if all the other promotional materials were "hidden" in your bag?

These giveaway products at trade shows are used to draw a crowd and to provide the company a chance to advertise its products to the attendees. Some products however, will not accomplish its purpose of advertising the company due to the fact that trade shows are crowded and most companies think as you do – give freebies to attract a crowd. A bag however, would provide ample imprinting area. The company name, contact information as well as marketing slogan can be easily imprinted because of its large surface. Additionally, the imprinting can be made large enough to be easily seen from afar. The bag would serve as a walking billboard because it will be carried by the recipient attendee from booth to booth. Maximum exposure will be generated as other attendees will notice the bag more so if the bag is pretty unique and attractive. More attendees will flock to the booth to get a hold of the attractive bag.

The company will benefit from free advertising as the bag will be used again and again after the trade show. Different sets of people will then notice the bag and the message the company wants to convey. Frequent and repeated usage of the bag would mean more potential customers – a vital factor for the company's growth and success.
