• 1). Launch any Internet browser and access media-convert.com (see Resources). Click the "Choose File" and find the AVI you want to change to a VOB.
  
  
• 2). Select "AVI" as your movie input format. Next, pick "VOB" as your desired target format.
  
  
• 3). Click the "OK" button to convert the AVI. Once the conversion concludes, click the Media-convert download link to access your VOB movie.

• 1). Access mediaconverter.org (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Select "Upload a file" and find the AVI to convert. Next, pick out VOB as your target format.
  
  
• 3). Click "Start" to convert the VOB file. Once the conversion finishes, click the download link to receive your AVI.
  
  

Zamzar.com

• 1). Load Zamzar.com in a Web browser (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Click "Choose File" and find the VOB you want to convert. Once that's through, pick AVI as your target format.
  
  
• 3). Enter your email address into the "E-mail" window and select "Convert." You'll receive a message in your email with a MPEG download link.
