• 1). Open any Internet browser and load media-convert.com. (See Resources.) Click "Choose File" and find the VOB you want to change to a MPEG. Media-convert has a maximum file size of 200 MB.
  
  
• 2). Select "VOB" as your movie input format. Next, pick "MPEG" as your desired target format.
  
  
• 3). Click the "OK" button to convert to MPEG. Once the conversion concludes, click the download link to receive your MPEG movie.

• 2). Select "Upload a file" and find the VOB to convert. Free users of Mediaconverter have a maximum file upload size of 100 MB. Then, pick MPEG as your target format.

• 2). Click "Choose File" and find the VOB you want to convert. Free users of Zamzar have a maximum file upload limit of 100 MB. Next, pick MPEG as your target format.
  
  
• 3). Enter your email address into the "E-mail" window and select "Convert." You'll receive a message in your email with an MPEG download link.
