- 1). Place some picture paper into the printer. Picture paper differs from regular paper, because it is glossy. The glossy allows the photos to be authentic looking with a robust feel.
- 2). Bring up the photo that you want to print by double-clicking the picture file. This will open your picture in your picture viewing application.
- 3). Press the "File" button then click on the "Print" option to prompt the print menu. Change the picture's format by choosing to print it in landscape or horizontally or portrait or vertical. Choose the quantity and size of the photos. Click the "Print" button to continue.
- 4). View the pictures then press "Control" and "P," if you want a shortcut to prompt the print menu. Change the format, quantity and size then click the "Print" button.
