Many people think that Black Friday is really just an important day for the big retailers.
Nothing could be farther from the truth on fact, the truth is, Black Friday is very therapeutic for many people.
One obvious reason that Black Friday is therapeutic, lies in the fact that it is the greatest opportunity of all to provide some bulk retail therapy.
As you may know, retail therapy is a ritual many people use to pick themselves up when they feel sad.
In fact, you may just be one o those people.
If you are, keep in mind that Black Friday gives you that much more of an incentive to indulge yourself without the usual side effect of over spending blues.
Then we have the effects created by the reduced prices, which also provide a feeling of great achievement when we find that incredible bargain.
This will not only help relieve the guilt of over spending but helps those feeling a little depressed with a quick lift from that feeling getting a good deal gives you.
Especially those who waited for Black Friday, they get a great deal and the satisfaction of knowing they are also being frugal.
With so many bargains and shopping choices it can be overwhelming for some to choose, but for those who feel blah, like they are stuck in their lives, it can mean that it will suddenly be like they have a multitude of ways to spruce up their home, office, or themselves while they save money and they will suddenly feel less stuck in their life and much less blah.
They get to enjoy of variety in their lives once again and feel less stuck in their situation.
Let us not forget those who suffer from low self-esteem and how they can find an amazing deal to show off to family and friends giving them an instant ego boost, making then feel like they are on top of the world.
So Black Friday is therapeutic on many levels, for many different people.
For people who find it difficult to socialize fighting those crowds may be a daunting task.
But the thought of a great deal just may make them venture out and actually endure the crowds overcoming their fear and maybe even meeting a like minded buyer.
Thank goodness for therapeutic Black Friday, a day when those who may otherwise have difficulty dealing with daily issues get a chance to overcome their condition and feel good about themselves.
It is kind of like retail therapy on steroids.
