As far as I have ever found, there are no home remedies, such as cinnamon mixed with vinegar or a teaspoon of honey or anything along those lines that is an effective remedy for fibromyalgia.
However, I would like to fashion some home remedies based on things I have done AT HOME that have been more effective for me at curing fibromyalgia than anything my doctor ever prescribed.
Kitchen remedies for fibromyalgia: adopt coconut oil as part of your diet, take high-quality fish oil, eat more fiber, eat less carbohydrates, take probiotics or make your own yogurt or fermented vegetables that will contain probiotics.
90% of health starts in the gut and there is definitely a direct connection between the health of your nervous system and the health of your gut.
Bedroom home remedies: take valerian root to help you sleep.
Learn to dismiss thoughts and trust in life and the healing system of your body so you can turn off your mind and sleep at night.
Perform light, supported, on-the-floor stretches before bed.
Never, ever watch the news before bed (or ever!) Relational home remedies: Find a way to love and appreciate your life and everyone in it.
Appreciation, interest, enthusiasm, and happiness all indicate a healing state in the body.
Exercise home remedies: Implement a daily time to breathe deeply and gently (in the beginning!) stretch your entire body.
Start a relaxation ritual where you take a few minutes to calm your body and quiet your mind before every activity.
Walk if you can, stretch if you can't.
Eventually you'll be walking and feeling good.
