Lose Weight Now Before Summer With These Home Weight Loss Workouts
Let's face it, we are all very busy people and love to shove 35 hours worth of stuff to do in a 24 hour day. And because of this, usually your workouts get left to the wayside. Or how about that person who feels that he or she are always waiting for that perfect time to start losing weight? I see it all the time.
They wait for the perfect opportunity to start going to the gym. But, the problem is there is no perfect opportunity to get your workout in and to start losing weight. You do what you can with what you have.
And the best part is that you do not need to exercise in a gym to start losing weight!
Heck, you don't even need a big clunky treadmill, a Bowflex, an elliptical, a bike, or the Robogym 3000.
All you truly need to get a great, fast, calorie burning workout is your own body weight, which leaves you with zero excuses. You can even split up your workout, doing 20 minutes of activity in the morning and 20 minutes of activity at night when you get home.
So what I wanted to do was give you a sweet calorie burning workout that you can perform in the privacy of your own home without any equipment.
You are going to perform 2-3 rounds of each group of exercises. There are going to be a total of 3 groups of exercises. For each exercise, I want you to time yourself for 30 seconds, then move on to the next exercise within the group.
Group 1:
1. Pushups
2. Body weight squats
3. Planks
4. Vertical jumps
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and perform all of the exercises in a row. Rest, and then repeat the cycle 1 more time.
Group 2:
1. Burpees
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Run in place
These 3 exercises when performed in a row are very metabolically demanding, that is why I only listed 3. Perform each one for 30 seconds, rest, then repeat the sequence 3 times.
Group 3:
1. Jump lunges
2. Walkouts
3. T-pushups
4. Bicycles
Again, perform each exercise for 30 seconds all in a row. Rest, then repeat this sequence 3 more times.
Again, you don't need any equipment to get a great weight loss workout in. All you really need is your body weight and a good exercise plan. If this workout is too easy for you, feel free to keep performing the exercises in a circuit fashion until you can't go anymore.
Good luck and have fun!
