How to Install Rollercoaster Tycoon 2
- 1). Insert the CD into your drive. The program should automatically ask you if you want to install Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 on your computer. If it does not, you should click on "Start," then "My Computer" and then double-click on the CD or DVD-ROM drive to begin the loading process.
- 2). Select the destination of your game. An onscreen prompt will ask you to read and agree to the "EULA" (End User License Agreement) and specify the destination folder for the game. The default loads the game into a custom folder on the C: drive and for most users this is fine. If you have multiple hard drives, or want to change the destination folder, you may do so at this point.
- 3). Check the box that says "Run Now." At the end of the installation process, you will have the option to run the game immediately by checking the box next to "Run Rollercoaster Tycoon now." If this is not the first time you are installing the game, or if you accidentally forgot to check that box, there should be both a desktop icon as well as a new folder loaded on your computer. You can find it by clicking "Start" and "All Programs." The new folder will be a different color to draw your attention to the new Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 program. Select "Run Rollercoaster Tycoon 2" from this folder.
