    • 1). Use Windows Explorer to navigate to your old and new versions of the file/folder you want to merge.

    • 2). Click to select the new version of your file/folder, and then drag it into the same folder as the old version of the file/folder.

    • 3). Click “Yes” when prompted to merge the new file/folder into the old one. Any information that has been added to the new file/folder will now be merged together with the old one, forming one file/folder instead of two.
