4. Get Plenty of Sleep

5. Take Care of Your Mouth

6. Visit Your Doctor and Dentist Regularly

7. Keep Clean

8. Dress Comfortably

9. Work and Play Safely

10. Enjoy Your Work and Play

11. Think Healthfully

12. Follow the Golden Rule

These seem to be very simple. These, like the 10 Commandments, can be explained and exploded, so much, that it could drive us crazy.

We need someone, we can trust, for advise. There are some, who feel they don't need
someone to tell them what this list means, because they think they already know.

You need to be able to get advise, that is not conflicting. There are so many "Experts" that disagree and confuse the life out of you.
