How to Remove a VBA Project in Office 2007
- 1). Open the Microsoft Office 2007 file containing the VBA project. Navigate to the "Developer" tab at the top right of the screen.
- 2). Click the "Macros" button in the "Code" heading if you have the project saved as a macro. Scroll through the list of macro names and find the project you want to remove from the file.
- 3). Click the project's name and choose "Delete." Click "Yes" when a prompt appears asking to confirm you want to delete the project.
- 4). Click the "Visual Basic" button in the "Code" heading if you have the project saved as a module. Scroll through the list of available modules at the upper left of the window and locate the project you want to remove.
- 5). Right-click the module's name and choose "Remove Module." Click "No" if you want to remove the module without first exporting it to another file. Click "Yes" if you want to export the module to another location. Click the folder where you want the module saved and choose "Save."
