    • 1). Stand with legs shoulder-width apart.

    • 2). Hold your chest up, shoulders back slightly and hold your arms at your sides.

    • 3). Bend your knee and pick one foot up off the floor. The bottom of your foot should be pointed behind you.

    • 4). Squat down and touch the tips of your fingers to the floor.

    • 5). Stand back up. Keep your leg raised off the floor during the entire series.

    • 6). Repeat 20 times, then switch legs.
