How to Do a Deadlift Squat for P90x
- 1). Stand with legs shoulder-width apart.
- 2). Hold your chest up, shoulders back slightly and hold your arms at your sides.
- 3). Bend your knee and pick one foot up off the floor. The bottom of your foot should be pointed behind you.
- 4). Squat down and touch the tips of your fingers to the floor.
- 5). Stand back up. Keep your leg raised off the floor during the entire series.
- 6). Repeat 20 times, then switch legs.
