Fight Labs Get Ripped & Shredded, Episterone And Estro-test Six Week Stack
Every year past 30 it gets harder and harder to stay lean. Some of the struggle can be attributed to lifestyle, but not all of it. I've been training most of my life and I eat relatively clean. As I get older It has become very clear that my margin for error is less and less, meaning if I have a binge weekend I will pay the price in the mirror by Monday.
I have a good friend who is an MMA Fighter and he recommend some products by a company called Fight Labs. I recognized the owner of the company Dan Freeman from my Body Building days. I purchased two of their products, Episterone and Estro-Test. The original plan was to do a six week cycle of the Episterone and then use the Estro-Test Post Cycle Therapy. I chose the Episterone because it's very anabolic and non-aromatizing, which means no estrogen conversion. I then got to thinking what would happen if I stacked the Estro-Test with the Episterone?. In theory this would wring the estrogen out of you which should then make you hard as a rock.
So I stacked three capsules per day of Episterone and two capsules per day of Estro-Test. I noticed a difference in the mirror the first week. The body fat around my man boobs started to diminish and they started looking like pecs again. My back slabs started to lean out and I could notice separation in my delts and upper arms. This was all within the first seven days. I continued to train consistently and eat a low carb high protein diet consisting of 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight and restricted my carbohydrates to morning and pre-workout. I kept getting leaner around the waist and bigger up top. By the end of the six week cycle of Episterone and Estro-Test I had lost six inches around my waist and gained as much up top. I finished off my cycle with another four weeks of Fight Labs Estro-Test for Post Cycle Therapy.
This whole experience has really open my eyes with regards to training and supplementation. I now really try to avoid and food sources that will increase estrogen, such as wheat or soy products. I also now know that all supplements are not created equal. I thought I knew a lot, but it wasn't until I spoke to a real high level professional athlete that my eyes were opened. These people have knowledge and access to the best information available. The odds are I will never walk into an octagon or complete in any professional sport. This doesn't mean that I can't take the supplements that the pro's are taking.
