Reach out and touch a person - see what happens.
A touch can say so many things, especially today when so many of us are physically touching less than ever.
Some are afraid a touch will be misconstrued.
Some are afraid of being touched physically because of some past tragedy or trauma.
But to those in a romantic relationship, touch takes on a very special meaning.
o Touch to Heal Your Relationship.
As humans, touching is a vital part of our lives - our very existence relies upon physical contact with another human - even more so within the context of a loving, romantic relationship.
Remember when you first met, back when you first got together?  Remember that first touch?  Remember where that happened?  Well those first touched established the heart and soul of your relationship - it was like two aliens coming together and discovering one another.
Whew! Pretty exciting stuff, right?  It's so important to keep that sort of touching alive if you want to save your relationship.
o Touching to say something without saying it.
These days, it's a bit different for you both.
Maybe you fight constantly over the most stupid, unimportant things.
Maybe you can be in the same room all day and never even look or touch one another.
Maybe it's even worse for you now.
But there was a time when you would pass each other in the hallway and your hips would lightly brush against one another.
o Getting Back in Touch.
Rediscovering that "good" touch is vital in getting your ex back.
Make time to be in the same places he is, places in which that magical touch could be rediscovered.
It's still in there, you might just have to work a bit to find it again.
o Touching to Hurt is a terrible thing.
When we touch to hurt, this can never be a good thing.
Touching should always be loving and positive.
But NO physical touching can be even more devastating, especially in a romantic relationship.
Maybe you're at the point where you can both be in the same room and never once physically touch.
Well, if you want to save your relationship, you're going to have to change stop using touch as a hurt and start using touch to heal.
(NOTE: If you are in a relationship where your partner is physically hurting you, please get out of that situation and seek professional help!) You just might get back with your ex sooner than you think and your relationship could be as fresh and exciting as it was when you first got together.
Or it just might be better
