When he got up he went to check on his wife and ht babysitter, who were shaken up but alright. He ran upstairs to make sure the kids were also safe. Miraculously no one was injured and the bullets landed in the wall. The robber had managed to escape by jumping out the window but hadn't gotten any of their belongings.
