Top Methods For Controlling Premature Ejaculation

Looking for advice about controlling premature ejaculation? Well, first you need to manage your arousal.
What I mean by this is to pay attention to how aroused you're getting, both when you're masturbating and when you're having sex.
Imagine you're in bed and it's going great, but then suddenly you feel like you're about to lose control.
And you know you're not going to be able to hold it any longer.
Most guys are familiar with that feeling of inevitability.
That point of inevitability is like a black hole.
You don't want to get too close to it, or you'll be sucked in.
If you want to improve your endurance, then your goal should be to stay away from there.
You want to keep a safe distance until you're ready to dive in and end it.
To last longer in bed, you need to cultivate a greater awareness about your level of arousal.
Everybody has different levels of arousal, or sexual excitement, ranging from being totally un-aroused to being "ready to explode.
" To increase your awareness of your arousal, start scoring arousal on a scale from 1 to 10 (with 1 being having lunch with your grandparents, to 10 being the wildest sex experience you can imagine).
Then, make sure you stay safely around 3, 4, 5, or 6 for the majority of the time you're in foreplay and having sex.
Arousal is a tricky thing, because it can sneak up on you.
It's important to stay aware of your arousal from the very beginning of sex, otherwise you may be surprised at how quickly you get too excited and get in trouble.
So here's some advice: First of all, don't get too excited too soon.
Actually make an effort to hold yourself back a little bit when you're starting foreplay, as well as when you start having sex.
Secondly, to make sure that your arousal doesn't just sneak up on you, make a habit of checking in and asking yourself, "How aroused am I right now, from a scale of 1 to 10?" If you tell yourself that you're at an 7, then you should pull in the reigns a bit and slow down.
The key to arousal control is to cultivate mindfulness and to practice special breathing techniques, so that you remain calm and focused while enjoying the intimate moments.
