    • 1). Restart your computer.

    • 2). Tap "F8" repeatedly as the computer loads to boot into "Safe Mode."

    • 3). Right-click the "Start" menu and click "Explore."

    • 4). Open the "C" drive, open the "Windows" folder, and open the "System32" folder. Delete the file named "wgatray.exe."

    • 5). Open the "DLLcache" folder (within the "System32" folder) and delete the file named "wagatray" (or "wahatray").

    • 6). Click the "Start" menu, select "Run," type in "regedit," and press "Enter."

    • 7). Navigate through the following folders: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Windows NT, Current Version, Win Login, and Notify. Delete the folder named "WGALogin" by clicking on the folder and pressing the "Delete" key.

    • 8). Restart your computer.
