End Processes

• 1). Press "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Escape" to open the Processes tab of the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). End the following processes by clicking the process and then clicking "End Process." If you are having trouble locating a particular process, click "Image" to view the list of processes in alphabetical order.

• 3). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Delete Registry Values

• 1). Click "Start," type "regedit" into the search field and press "Enter." The Registry Editor opens.
  
  
• 2). Delete each of the following registry values by right-clicking the registry value in the left pane of the Registry Editor and selecting "Delete."

• 3). Close the Registry Editor.
  
  

Delete Dynamic Link Libraries, Files and Directories

• 1). Click "Start," type "cmd" into the search field and press "Enter." The Command Prompt opens.
  
  
• 2). Type the following Commands into the Command Prompt. Press "Enter" after each command. These commands will remove the DLLs, files and directories respectively.
