How to Open Additional Mailboxes
- 1). Launch Microsoft Outlook. Click "Tools," then select "E-mail accounts" or "Account Settings" from the drop-down list. The Account Settings window will open.
- 2). Click "Change" or "View or change existing e-mail accounts." The Change E-mail Account window will open.
- 3). Click the "More Settings" button, then click the "Advanced" tab on the pop-up dialog window.
- 4). Click the "Add" button in the "Mailboxes" section, then type in a name for the new mailbox. If applicable, select the mailbox from the "Mailboxes" list. Click "OK" to close the dialog window, then click "Next" in the Change E-mail Account window. Click the "Next" button, then "Finish" to add the mailbox. Repeat the process to add more mailboxes to your account.
