Vitamin B supplements are useful to speed up the growth. Deficiency of riboflavin (B2) and biotin (B7) actually leads to thinning or loss. Consultation with a physician is important to know the loss reason due to the vitamin B before taking its supplements. The vitamin is found in seafood, oatmeal, whole grains, spinach, soybean products, bananas, lentils, eggs, cheese, crabs, fish etc.
To grow locks fast it is necessary that your health remains good with full of vitamins, proteins, minerals and even fats. For this you have to take balanced diet and regular exercises that suit you. Your good locks growth is directly linked with your good health. Regular health checkups, skin checkup and hormonal checkup are useful to maintain good growth.
