• 1). Visit the Roubaix Interactive website (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Type any text into the "Text to encode" text box.
  
  
• 3). Click the "To Binary" button. The site displays the converted binary numbers in an adjacent text box. Click the "To Text" button below that box. The site's conversion tool converts the binary numbers back into text and displays it in the "Text to encode" text box.
  
  

Use PhoenixBit Software Solutions

• 1). Navigate to the PhoenixBit Software Solutions website (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Enter text into the 'ASCII" text box.
  
  
• 3). Click "Convert to Binary." The binary representation of your text appears in the "Binary" text box. Click the "Convert to ASCII" button to convert it back into text.

• 1). Visit the ConvertBinary website (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Locate the text box beneath the words "Type Text to Convert in Binary."
  
  
• 3). Type text into that text box. As you type, the binary representation of the text appears in another text box below the text.
