Online recertification does not require any type of physical demonstration, so if your employer requires you to retest your physical capabilities, consider taking an offline course instead.

- 3). Sign up for an account on the site of your choice and click on the option to renew your CPR certification.
- 4). Spend time refreshing your knowledge of the materials needed to pass the recertification course. Use online resources such as videos and tutorials to study.
- 5). Set aside approximately an hour to take the renewal test. Take your time while testing and answer the questions to the best of your ability.
