    • 1). Rinse your gloved hands in the container of decontamination liquid. This will remove such contaminants as blood and other bodily fluids from your gloves.

    • 2). Grasp the cuff of one of the gloves with the opposite hand. While holding the cuff of the glove, pull the glove partly off. Make sure that the fingers of the hand in the partly-removed glove are still inside the glove.

    • 3). Grasp the cuff of the other glove with the now partly-gloved hand. Pull this glove partly off, until only the fingers are covered. Only the fingers of both hands will now be gloved.

    • 4). Carefully grab the inside-out portion of the gloves, using the opposite hand to grab each glove. Slowly, pull both gloves off at the same time. Be careful to only touch the inside surfaces of the gloves with your bare skin. Do not touch the outside of the gloves, as this surface may still be contaminated.

    • 5). Dispose of the gloves in a receptacle designed for such waste. Immediately, wash your hands thoroughly, since any unseen holes or tears in the gloves could have exposed your hands to contaminants.
