What is the Most Lethal Kick in Martial Arts?

103 1
The Internet is chalked full of tips on how to train and learn to kick harder and faster.
Different martial arts schools and styles teach a huge range of kicks ranging from the classic MMA sweep to the acrobatic kicks of Tae Kwon Do.
But when it comes down to it most of these kicks are utterly useless in real life situations.
In fact worse than that, most of them will just give your opponent a chance to grab your leg and throw you to the deck so they can batter you like a butcher tenderizing meat.
So what is the most effective, fastest to deploy kick that anyone can learn to deploy effectively that offers great stopping power? Think about it.
The shortest range of motion and striking a point that does maximum damage will be the most successful and end the fight in your favor the fastest.
Call it what you want.
But a short forward snap to the knee is the way to go.
Just snap your leg out and strike to the front of the knee cap.
Do it fast.
hard and follow through the target for maximum damage.
This does not give your opponent time to react or grab your leg while instantly putting them out of action for months.
Forget the four stages of a kick that Tae Kwon Do and other martial arts styles teach, this is one kick movement.
It doesn't matter how big or strong your opponent is, there isn´t much they can do to build up the strength of the knee joint.
A swift hard strike to the knee cap can definitely break it.
That´s it fight over.
You can use the same type of kick to the groin, but that gives your opponent more opportunity and something they can recover from faster.
It´s highly doubtful that they will be dragging themselves down the street after you with a broken leg.
