Episode 14 ended with Shii-Ann Huang voted off, and warning the remaining five castaways: "Don't forget little Amber with her big green eyes and her beautiful smile. Don't forget, she's playing for a million dollars."

Episode 15 begins with another rainy, cold day.

Rupert Boneham talks of the weather, saying they are all wet and cold and ?stink like rotten dogs.? It?s getting harder every day. Amber Brkich and Rob Mariano cuddle, then Rob discusses Tom Buchanan?s speech, saying how hard it is to understand him, and how much he is tired of hearing the same old stories over and over again.

Rupe and Jenna gather coconuts and discuss who should be voted off next. They both need immunity and want to get rid of Rob. Rupe sees Rob standing near and there is an awkward moment. Rob seeks out Amber and tells her what happened. They talk about getting rid of Tom, while Rupe says, ?Paranoia will destroy ya.?

At the Reward Challenge, the castaways see a bronze GMC Colorado truck and their eyes all but pop out. Host Jeff Probst warns them that in previous Survivors, no one who wins the vehicle goes on to become Sole Survivor. He explains the challenge: a combination of earlier challenges, including balance beams, wall climbing, rope swinging, and crawling under rope maze.

With each challenge, one castaway will drop out. In addition to the truck, the winner gets to drive down the beach to the Survivor drive in movie, where there will be refreshments.

The castaways begin the challenge. Rupe loses on the balance beam, and is the first to drop out. Next is Jenna, then Tom, and then Rob and Amber compete for the last round. Rob takes the lead and wins a moment or two ahead of Amber. He jubilantly grabs the keys to the truck, and when Jeff tells him he can invite a guest, it?s no surprise that he invites Amber.

While the others head back to camp, Jeff, Rob and Amber drive to the movie. There, Jeff announces another surprise, one for Amber. It?s a Chevy Malibu Maxx and while she laughs and squeals, Rob states that Rob is going to break with tradition and win both the truck and the million dollars.

While the watch Lord of the Flies, the inspiration for the Survivor series, cuddling under a blanket and eating popcorn, the others are back in camp. Rupe hopes that they will bring back some of the refreshments. When Rob and Amber return to camp, she wonders if she should tell them about her car, then tells them. Rupe says, ?Cool,? but later he grouses that Amber and Rob split the candy they?ve brought back five ways, after they?ve already eaten their fill and won a vehicle apiece. He plans to work mighty hard to win that million. "If there is a hex that keeps the car winners from winning the game, I would love that," Rupe notes, "That would be my little justice."

The next morning, Rupe gathers firewood, annoyed that once again Amber and Rob laze around. No wonder they have the energy for the challenges. Rupe and Tom talk about the next choice to go, agreeing that they want to split the couple apart. Once again, Rob overhears and later argues with Tom, saying he can?t trust anyone and wants Tom?s reassurance that he will continue their alliance.

Later, Rob instigates an argument between Rupe and Tom by lying to Tom and telling him that Rupe had said he was going to vote Tom out. Rupe recognizes the ploy, yet he gets dragged into a loud argument with Tom while Rob smiles.
