Staying Positive After a Breakup
Due to the emotional stress, the hardship, and the frustration, some people can never stay positive.
So here are some easy ways to stay emotionally stable while you wait for your relationship to become stable again.

Take the time to go to the pool, go out on the lake, or just do something.

Instead, talk about what you did last night or what you had for dinner.

So instead of sitting down and worrying about it, start something new.
Go down to the bowling alley and sign up for a league or make it a promise to always stop by your favorite restaurant once a week.
