    • 1). Click on the start menu and select "run." If you use Windows 7, type "Run" (without the quotation marks) in the search bar to find the menu command.

    • 2). Type "msconfig" (without the quotes) in the "run" dialog box. Press enter. This will launch a new dialog box for system configuration.

    • 3). Click on the tab marked "boot."

    • 4). Single-click to choose/highlight the operating system that you want to boot into automatically without the boot manager.

    • 5). Click "Set as default." Click "Apply" and then "OK." Choose "Restart."
