Most people when asked why they want to live in this part of the world agree that

Spain especially inthe south have the best weather in europe,its almost sunny all

year round.The truth is travelling to Spain,precisely the southern parts there is

light all year and you never put away your sunglasses even in december.You can't

put a price on the climate here.Where it is sunny here in Spain and you take a

place to England,you find out that is wet,rainy and temperatures are approaching

freezing points.This is an advantage already over other non-coastal parts of

Europe.

"California of Europe".It is the main land Europe's most southerely part with the

best climate,lifestyle,eventhough, it still feels like living in the city.You

which is all within a couple of minutes drive or walk from your residence.

More people are realizing that the life style in Spain is so faboulous and the

fun you can have is tremendous.There is quite alot of security around,some places

do not allow you drive around in cars,others require you access them only by foot

so everything stays organised.There is a much more intimate feeling,you seem to

know every one who is there.It has that intimacy of a small village but in a

wildly cosmopolitan,exciting place.All nationalities are mixed together and this

is very positive,it is one of the advantages of living here as the mentality of

people is open as you have all the influences of the world.Everyone aims to have

a good time always,nobody offers hospitality like them Spanish.They recieve with

open arms and will never make you feel like an outsider from the moment you

arrive.If you are travelling to Spain soon,be sure your mood is set in such a way

as to freely accept people and just be as free spirited as you can because the

people you are going to meet and very genuine and generous by nature.
