How to Sync Notes With a New iPhone
- 1). Open the iTunes program, and plug the iPhone USB cable into the bottom of the iPhone. Plug the opposite end of the USB cable into the computer's USB port.

The source pane is the left sidebar of the iTunes program window, with different categories, according to Guy Hart-Davis, author of "How to Do Everything iPod & iTunes." Select "Back up" in the pop-up menu to back up your iPhone to iTunes.

Click "Continue" to restore the backup to your new iPhone, and click the "Eject" icon in the iTunes' source list next to the iPhone's icon to remove the device after synchronization.
- 1). Tap the "Settings" icon on your iPhone screen, and tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars."
- 2). Tap "Add Account," and select the type of email account you currently use to store your notes. Enter your name and the account email address and password.
