Anyone who has rosacea knows how hard it is to stop rosacea and still live a normal life.
Most rosacea sufferers have multiple situations that will trigger a flare-up and many are beyond your control.
The three main areas in life that you have to control to stop rosacea flare-ups are: 1) What you ingest 2) Internal Triggers 3) Environmental Triggers Controlling what you ingest would seem to be the easiest of the rosacea triggers to control.
That is until you read the list of just the common foods and drinks that will trigger a rosacea flare-up.
With over 25 common items on the common rosacea triggers list, eating and drinking can be a challenge.
And these are just the common triggers.
This doesn't even take into account what else may personally set off your rosacea flare-ups.
The next triggers you have to try to control are those emotional or physical things that you do to yourself that can set off a flare-up.
These are the internal triggers.
Anyone who is human will have trouble with these as it is next to impossible to always keep our emotions in control.
We cannot always control what is going to happen to us and how we and our bodies are going to react.
The last set of triggers that you would have to control to stop your rosacea flare-ups are the external environmental triggers.
These also are next to impossible to avoid.
In reading over just the weather conditions that can trigger a rosacea flare-up, I could not think of a single place to live that did not have at least one of these triggers.
In fact many areas have many of these environmental rosacea triggers.
