Skincare Experts? - 3 Criteria To Find The Ones You Can Trust So That Looking Great Is Not A Mirage
All the skincare experts are out there on the Internet, on TV, in your shopping mall and they are all telling us one thing.
We can have great looking skin in no time at all.
Just one little problem.
It is that a lot of the products they are selling are just not going to give the results we want and may actually harm our health in trying to do so.
A double whammy of enormous proportions and a very costly one.
Read this article and discover how you can tell who are the real skincare experts before you pull out your credit card.
Just let me give you one example of some of the doubtful quality products we are being sold.
Take sunscreen products.
The EWG (Environmental Working Group) actually did a study of almost 650 sunscreen products on the market to-day.
They found that a whopping proportion of these (about 80%) were actually ineffective and harmful to our health! These were the so called safer sunscreens with a SPF of 15 or above.
So who are the skincare experts we can trust? I use a few criteria to make sure that I am on the right track and that I am not likely to be ripped off.
I always look at the research findings of the various ingredients on the company's website.
There must be clinical data to support their claims.
If there are none or just vague promises like 'this revitalizing cream will give you results in days', then you can safely click away.
Skincare experts are usually proud of their research and like to demonstrate it.
The second criterion I look for is evidence that the ingredients they are using are free from all the harmful chemicals (estimated at about 30%!).
Not many companies can manage that so you may have a job finding them.
One easy way is to look for the logo of The Compact For Safe Cosmetics on the website.
That means that they have signed and promised not to use the harmful nasty cheap chemicals.
The third criterion I use to make sure that I have not fallen into the hands of a snake charmer and that I am in the safe hands of real skincare experts is to look at the guarantees they are offering.
I can dismiss the ones that have only one month and go for the ones that can last up to six months.
This is a sure sign that these skincare experts really are committed and know that their products can give you the results you truly desire.
Why not take all this a step further now and get that great looking skin from some real skincare experts?
