Focus on Your Breath: Now, start to focus upon your whole breath (the inhalation), (then the space between the inhalation and the exhalation), (then the exhalation).
If a thought enters your mind, just let it go and focus again on your breath.
How Long Do Should You Meditate? Try to Meditate at least 10 minutes to begin with and try to work up to 30 minutes.
Consistency: It really doesn't matter the length of meditation, just that you do it regularly, and preferably at the same time every day.
If you practice this for a while, the practice soon becomes a habit.
