Censorship in Iran

Since the reappointment of Ahmadinejad the government of Iran has taken additional measures to insure that the voice of the masses is silenced.
Freegate, a service that allowed some surfing of blocked and censored pages such as Facebook, is now completely blocked in Iran.
Bandwidth connections in Iran are so low that Google service disconnects every few seconds and needs to be reconnected.
All packets being sent on Networks in Iran are constantly monitored by the government.
Iranian government launched a site called Gerdab.
Ir to help identify street protesters.
I can predict that in the future this site will also be used to identify bloggers or online users who represent views that might conflict with the government.
Satellite signals in Tehran are currently jammed from the outside world.
All of this is going on at the time when journalists are being jailed across Iran and subjected to mass persecution.
At one point Facebook had over 200,000 Iranian accounts accessing the site from Iran, now all have been blocked.
Past history of criminal government actions all started with censorship and control of free media.
This is the first crime by rouge governments against its own people.
By silencing the voice of the masses, genocide can be conducted without any fear and with full use of force and brutality.
The conservative dictatorship of Ahmadinejad in Iran must be taking notes from the ethnic nepotism and war in Gaza by Israel earlier this year.
Israel also banned media and outside press in Gaza but eventually the facts reached the world.
The same will happen in Iran.
The images of violence and crimes against the masses on the streets are recorded both in the eye of god and in the cell phone cameras of brave individuals that protest in the streets.
These images will not go away, they will not disappear, but rather they will consume actions of these tyrants in due time.
Awareness is the first step in putting such crimes against humanity to rest.
