How to Access a 2007 Print Report on One Page
- 1). Open the database in Microsoft Access.
- 2). Click on the "Navigation Pane" to open it to show the Access objects.
- 3). Double-click on the report that you want to print. Click on the "Office" button, and then "Print."
- 4). Select a printer in the "Print" dialog box. Click on the "Properties" button next to the printer. The next window differs based on the printer you are using. Check the different tabs to find the settings to print multiple pages to one sheet. This may be on the "Layout" tab, "Settings" tab or in the "Advanced" area.
- 5). Click "OK" to close the printer properties box. Click "Print" to print the report with the new printer settings.
- 1). Open the database in Microsoft Access 2007.
- 2). Click on the "Navigation Pane" on the left side of the screen to show the database objects. Under the "Report" heading, double-click the report that you want to print. The report shows as a tab; keep it showing so that it is the object that is selected.
- 3). Click on the "External Data" tab. Click on "Word" in the "Export" group. The "Export" wizard starts. Go through the wizard, choosing the options for the file name and folder location for the exported Word document. Choose "Open the destination file after the export operation is complete" to make sure that the document opens after you complete the export. Complete the export.
- 4). Click on the "Office" button in Word with the exported report open. Click on the "Print" menu item. In the "Zoom" area, and select the number of pages to print on a single page under "Pages per sheet" box. For example, if your report is six pages, choose "6" as the number of pages per sheet. Click "Print" to print the report.
