Game Hints: "Star Wars Episode III" for Game Boy
- Ubisoft released the adventure video game "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith" for Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, PC, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable and Xbox in May 2005. "Revenge of the Sith" is rated acceptable for gamers age 10 and older. The game is based on the film of the same name and focuses on battles between characters. To better their performance, players can use hints.
- At the beginning of "Revenge of the Sith," players are given only two different difficulty levels from which to choose: Padawan, which is the easiest mode, and the more difficult Jedi. Once players beat the game on Padawan or Jedi mode, Master mode is unlocked. Master mode is the highest possible difficulty level in the game, and players can attempt it with Obi-Wan Kenobi or Anakin Skywalker.
- To defeat enemies, "Revenge of the Sith" players must learn Force powers and know the damage they will inflict. The damage and abilities of the Force powers change depending on the level. On the first level, players use Saber Throw to throw their weapon at an opponent. In level two, they can do so with some control. To inflict the most damage and receive the most control, players must get to level three. The Absorb power slowly takes an enemy's life. In level one it does so at six hit points per second. In level two, its damage increases to 16 hit points per second. By level three, the Absorb move inflicts 30 hit points of damage per second. The Rage power increases damage for the next three attacks in level one, the next four in level two, and the next five in level three.
- "Revenge of the Sith" players must master the different buttons and their uses, and to make it through the game, players must pick up different items as they go. To use force powers, players must press R. To jump, press A, and to attack, press B. To get more Force energy, players must pick up Force Shadow balls. Players get additional health when they get Bacta Tanks, and extra lives are earned by picking up a small icon of Anakin Skywalker or Obi-Wan Kenobi.
- "Revenge of the Sith" players encounter several boss battles throughout the game, and hints can assist players in winning them. To defeat Darth Tyranus, players must make sure to block or take the damage with one of their characters while the secondary character get in attack moves. If Darth Tyranus lands a move on the blocking character, make sure to move the second character to blocking duty so that all the damage is not taken by the same person. At the end of the Coruscant Exterior level, players must battle enemies in a giant, laser-shooting tank. None of the weapons or attack moves the characters possess will work against it, so players must use their light saber to deflect the tank's laser beams backward.
