You meet a woman, hit it off great.
So great in fact, that you start spending all your time together.
Five months go by and your friends don't' want to hang out with you, you don't get to do your fun guy stuff anymore, and your life basically centers around your girlfriend.

You must set the proper standards early in the relationship.
This isn't nearly as hard as it sounds.
Most guys set the wrong standards - by being at her every call, you demonstrate that you are willing to spend all your time with her.
Not good.
Here's the right way to set the proper standards.
It's so simple, it's elusive.
Mix in activities you like to do, regardless of whether or not she wants to do them.
Here's why it makes sense.
Not only are you taking her out and doing things you want to do together, but you are also sending her a simple message: you still like doing things on your own, and aren't worried if she approves of them or not.
There will be some women who get mad about this, and make you choose between those activities and her.
If you want a woman to dominate every part of your life, then choose her.
If you want to keep your friends and spine intact, tell her to hit the road.
Women who make you choose are very rare, and not worth it.
Most women will actually appreciate your more.
Why? Because it shows that you are comfortable with who you are, your are confident, and you don't need to win her approval.
These things almost always enhance attraction.
It's important to have the right balance, however.
Don't over-communicate with her that you will do whatever you want whenever you want.
This shows you are controlling.

Below are some simple examples to help you get an understanding of the right balance.
Let's say you're a paintball fanatic, and she's one of those "girlie-girls" who you suspect is scared of guns.
If you still want to be able to go out and play paintball with your friends, and for fun, you need to take her once.
She'll probably hate it.

That means next time you want to do it, she won't tag-along.
She'll understand that you like to go paint balling, and she'll actually want you to do it without her.

Or, tell her you want to do something out in the wilderness.
Then take her fishing.
Let her bait the hook with those slimy, dirty worms.
Suggest that you will show her how to gut a fish.
Next time you want to go fishing by yourself, she'll let you.
Keep in mind, the balance is the key.
Don't take her paint balling or hunting again if she didn't have a great time the first time.
Also, make sure to do the things you want to do only after a few great dates of doing things you both mutually want to do.
You know, some women get it, and don't try to play tag along.
They respect a man's space, and actually encourage him to go out with his friends.
Most women, however, at the beginning of the relationship don't.
And because women have the power of sex over a man, they usually get their way.
Don't let this happen to you.
Don't be afraid to take her out to do things she probably won't like.
Remember, the time you spend with her should be quality time, not quantity time.
Keep the quality high, and make sure the quantity doesn't overpower every other aspect of your life.
