    • 1). Go to a SWF conversion website, for example, the Media-Convert website or the media converter website (see the links in Resources). Click inside of the "Internet URL" field. Press "Command+V" to paste the web address into the field.

    • 3). Click the "Continue" or "Next' button to go to a new web page. Select a Mac-compatible file format from the "File Output" or "File Format" drop down menu, for example, "MP4" or "QuickTime." Click the "Continue" or "Next' button to go to a new web page.

    • 4). Click the "Convert" or "Start" button on the new web page. Wait as a progress bar on the web page fills in from left to right. Click the "Continue" or "Next" button when it is no longer dimmed.

    • 5). Click the "Save" or "Output file" button on the new web page. Name the converted SWF file in the "Name" column at the top of the window that appears. Select "Desktop" from the "Locations" drop down menu at the middle of the window. Click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner of the window.
