Kettlebell training is taking fitness to a whole new level.

When you first start doing kettlebell training you should take one minute breaks after each set; each set equals one minute of jump rope and the following routine of kettleball workouts such as the one arm lift.
As your body condition improves and your strength endurance increases you can decrease the length of the breaks in between sets.
Ten rounds with a heavy kettlebell is proof of excellent endurance and high conditioning.
Passing the exercise kettlebell from hand to hand in mid air will increase your hand eye coordination, your grip strength and your body's ability to absorb shock.
An additional benefit is the effect that has on the brain.
Mental fatigue is irradiated with this intense workout.
These exercises can be added to whatever program you were originally working out with.
You do not need to replace or delete your other program; you can benefit from doing these exercises in addition to your regular routine.
You can combine kettlebell training with body weight lifting exercises with a barbell.
