How to Remove the Spot a Magnet Left on a Car
- 1). Park the car in a shaded area. Wash the car using the car wash soap, the bucket, the hose, and the microfiber mitt. Make sure to wash the car from the top down so any dirt from the bottom of the car doesn't scratch the paint on the top of the car. Dry the car with the chamois.
- 2). Apply the cleaner/polish to the foam applicator pad. Rub the polish on the scratched surface in a circular motion to clean up the finish. Then buff off the polish using a microfiber towel.
- 3). Apply the wax to a fresh applicator pad, then apply the wax to the surface in a circular motion. Allow the wax to haze over on the surface, then wipe it off using a circular motion and a microfiber towel.
- 4). Spray the surface with the automotive detailing spray, then wipe it clean using a fresh microfiber towel in a circular motion. Look down the side of the surface and look for scratches. If necessary, repeat Steps 2 through 4 to clear up any remaining scratches.
