    • 1). Start your Internet Explorer browser. Click on "View" at the top of the browser window.

    • 2). Select "Toolbars" and select "Address Bar" to place a check mark beside it. If the toolbar already had a checkmark beside it, deselect it and then select it again.

    • 3). Click "Address" and drag it to the top of the browser, if the address bar still isn't available.

    • 4). Enter your registry if your problem is still not solved. Click the Start Menu, and then click "Run." Type "regedit" into the command box. Enter the folders to find the following file: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar. Right click the entry and click "Delete."
