Nevertheless, lack of water in the body is sometimes the prime causes of acne. So people who are habituated to take insufficient water might actually face acne. As water is one of the prime elements in the body, it also plays crucial role for cleansing your skin as well as removing toxins off your body. Nevertheless, the real thing is that, when you take junk foods or synthetic foods, your body remains deprived of the essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients (that you it would otherwise have if you took fresh wholesome foods instead). So taking junk foods is more about having the 'wrong' supply of fuel, rather than harmful fuel. If you take vegetables, fruits and a diet packed with nutrition, you should see a considerable amount of improvement.
